Message from the Board
The Calgary Storm Executive is busy preparing and organizing for our 2nd spring club season.
Last year, there were 9 Calgary Storm teams who represented the club extremely well at numerous
tournaments locally as well as throughout Western Canada, Washington and California.
We are looking forward to an even better spring season with tryouts for boys and
girls in various age groups being held in April. The Calgary Storm club will also be
hosting our own successful club tournaments in May and June which usually attract top teams
from the Western provinces.
The website will give information regarding club team tryouts for boys and girls as the
spring season approaches. Please keep watching for more exciting details!!

Tryouts
Calgary Storm will be hosting its Club Team Tryouts on Sunday March 21, 2010. Registration details will be uploaded soon.
Calgary Storm has divisions for both boys and girls in U11/U13, U14, U15, U16, and U17.

Camps/Clinics/Academy
Ballers Academy and Calgary Storm are once again offering Basketball Clinics focusing on the fundamentals. These clinics are open to boys and girls age 9-17. You can still register for the January/February sessions.
Sunday Training Program

Fall Program
Head Coach and Director, Tony Tan, envisioned a new look to the fall basketball season and organized a fall program which includes an intense skill clinic and in-house league on a weekly basis.
The response from the community has been overwhelming with forty girls being involved in the high school division alone! It has been an exciting time with players learning new skills and incorporating what they have learned during the competitive in-house games.
The Calgary Storm program has at least 8 coaches involved on a weekly basis with guest coaches also making appearances to offer alternative skill development. A Juniors program targeting boys and girls ages 8-13 has also been offered with clinics and scrimmages being held twice per week.
